Greetings from Alternate Recruitment!

Greetings from Alternate Recruitment!

Last night, Potential New Members who had athletic or academic conflicts and were scheduled to attend an event at a chapter enjoyed dinner with the women of Alpha Chi Omega and dessert with the women of Pi Beta Phi, depending on their schedule for the round they are missing.

Tuesday's schedule for women may include dinner with the women of Alpha Phi and/or dessert with the women of Kappa Kappa Gamma.

Wednesday's schedule for women may include dinner with the women of Delta Gamma and dessert with the women of Kappa Alpha Theta.

Thank you to the chapters who were able to help organize these alternate recruitment events.

Round 2 officially kicks off on Friday after classes at 5:00 PM - Potential New Members will receive their schedules around that time in the Union Building Ballroom. On behalf of the Panhellenic Recruitment Team, we look forward to seeing you there!

As we mentioned in our last message, DePauw University has upgraded their webpage. To find the link to register for Recruitment, please visit the Panhellenic Council page, which can be accessed here. Please click on the "Register for Panhellenic Recruitment 2012 Here!" link on the left side of the page. To access the link directly, without going through the DePauw webpage, please click here.

Please note that there is a $25.00 fee that must be paid by credit/debit card. Recruitment registration closes on Friday, January 13, 2012. Panhellenic Recruitment is scheduled to take place January 29 (First Round), February 3 (Second Round), February 4 (Preference Round) and February 5 (Bid Day). To access the tentative schedule, please click here (please note that the Women's schedule starts on second page of the PDF).

As a reminder, there is a minimum GPA requirement. The minimum cumulative GPA needed to not only participate in Recruitment but to receive a bid from a Panhellenic organization is 2.5. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at panhellenic@depauw.edu.
